Community Association Manager Opportunity in Milwaukee, WI!

Seeking a skilled Community Association Manager with 2 years of experience, CPM® and CMCA® designations (or ability to obtain), and strong communication skills.

Position Overview:

As a Community Association Manager, you'll oversee condominium communities, ensuring compliance with regulations, facilitating board meetings, managing finances, and maintaining communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee community associations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Board Meetings: Facilitate meetings, providing insights on policy matters and initiatives.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with owners, board members, and vendors.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, P&L analysis, and insurance coordination.
  • Emergency Response: Participate in an on-call rotation to address emergencies promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of HOA management experience
  • CPM® and CMCA® designations preferred, or ability to obtain
  • Strong understanding of regulations and local statutes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in financial management and project planning
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $56,000.00 per year
