We arecurrently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join ouresteemed team. The ideal candidate will be responsible foroverseeing daily repair and general maintenance tasks for propertystructures and facility equipment.
This role involves workingindependently at various scattered sites due to our multiplelocations covering a portfolio of 500units.
Responsibilities :
- Executegeneral cleaning tasks including mopping anddusting.
- Address minor repairs suchas fixing a broken lock.
- Inspectcontrol panels and electrical wiring to identify potentialissues.
- Independently managetasks due to the dispersed nature of thesites.
- Participate in an oncallrotation every 46 weeks.
- Possess andmaintain personal tools and avehicle.
- While not mandatorycertifications are highlyadvantageous.
- Directly report to theMaintenanceSupervisor.
Requirements :
- 34years of experience in property managementmaintenance.
- Proficient expertiserequired; not suitable forbeginners.
- Completion of DrugTesting Background Screening and DMV verification prior to theoffer.
Compensation :
- Payrange : $26.00$27.00 perhour.
- Monthly $200 gasallowance.
