What You'll Be Doing:

As a Community Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing property operations and ensuring compliance with regulations such as Section 8, LIHTC, and HUD
  • Setting and managing annual property budgets
  • Developing and executing action plans to enhance property revenue and control expenses
  • Leading team communication and alignment toward business goals
  • Managing resident relations and requests, including conflict resolution
  • Providing guidance to maintenance staff and managing invoice processing
  • Partnering with property support teams to address concerns and advance business goals
  • Managing compliance requests from government/regulatory agencies

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with Property Management CRM systems
  • Experience with affordable housing programs such as Section 8, LIHTC, and HUD
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
