What You'll Be Doing:
As a Community Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing property operations and ensuring compliance with regulations such as Section 8, LIHTC, and HUD
- Setting and managing annual property budgets
- Developing and executing action plans to enhance property revenue and control expenses
- Leading team communication and alignment toward business goals
- Managing resident relations and requests, including conflict resolution
- Providing guidance to maintenance staff and managing invoice processing
- Partnering with property support teams to address concerns and advance business goals
- Managing compliance requests from government/regulatory agencies
Requirements:
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with Property Management CRM systems
- Experience with affordable housing programs such as Section 8, LIHTC, and HUD
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
