Summary

Catalyst Technical Consulting Group, LLC (CTC Group) is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to be responsible for managing and executing daily accounting functions and maintaining accurate accounting records for the company.
Responsibilities

• Record, track and reconcile all funds that flow in and out of the organization.
• Responsible for handling all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions in a timely manner, and properly recording and tracking these transactions in Procas.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with employees, customers, vendors, accounting firm representatives, and DCAA auditors.
• Generate accounting and audit reports for cash receipts, accounts payable and receivable, expenditures, and profits and losses.
• Reconcile and report differences or issues found in financial records.
• Complete bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Process labor reports for payroll.
• Familiar with financial report generation and have a general understanding of information contained in reporting.
• Yearend prep, including W2 and 1099 filings.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of administrative office experience with government contracts.
• Proven experience with Procas or similar accounting software with an Accounts Payable and Receivable background.
• Aptitude for understanding financial reports and extracting information.
• Tact and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• Proficiency with technology, and the ability to pick up new software easily.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required.
• Knowledge of payroll laws and general timekeeping.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task and demonstrate initiative.
• This is a remote position.

• University degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• Previous experience with pricing/proposals.
