Experience in the bridge crane industry is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, and has experience erecting steel, making connections, rigging and has mechanical assembly ability. Steel fabrication experience including layout, welding. An electrical background in A/C, D/C power, drives, motors and electrical troubleshooting. Willing to train a candidate that has the right attitude and is a hard worker. This position will include servicing, inspecting and installing bridge cranes and related support structures across Connecticut and surrounding areas. The position is primarily a crane technician but include various support roles. Occasional overnight travel but limited.
