Responsibilities:
- Perform automotive diagnostics and repairs on various vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers
- Conduct tire services including installation, rotation, and repair
- Perform oil changes and other routine vehicle maintenance tasks
- Align and balance wheels to ensure proper vehicle handling and safety
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete repairs and services
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Strong automotive diagnostic skills
- Sales experience to effectively communicate with customers and upsell services
- Proficiency in tire service including installation, rotation, and repair
- Knowledge of oil change procedures and routine vehicle maintenance tasks
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
- Ability to align and balance wheels for optimal vehicle performance
- Familiarity with automotive service procedures and best practices
- Competence in using power tools and hand tools for repairs
