CSWI w/Subsidiaries is Hiring a National Account Manager - Distribution Near Wichita, KS

Position Summary
The National Account Manager for Distribution will be responsible for collaborating and strategically managing relationships with national distribution partners. This role will travel regularly to visit distribution partners and attend sales meetings.

Responsibilities
• Create and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners through regular communication, outstanding support and dedication to their success with Balco products.
• Collaborate with regional sales managers to drive year over year sales growth and expansion of distribution network.
• Leverage sales and market data to identify opportunities for sales and network growth.
• Target and secure new distributors for Balco products.
• Coordinate participation and attend customer tradeshow events, as well as national industry events as needed.
• Support existing distribution partners with timely information on performance and growth opportunities for their stores
• Develop and present educational seminars to equip distributor sales teams to sell Balco products
• Provide regular communication regarding new products, promotions and other opportunities
• Negotiate and maintain distributor rebate program for key accounts
• Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape including products and price points, and develop a strategy to compete successfully.
Knowledge & Skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external customers.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate in a professional manner at all times.
• Able to negotiate in complex, multi-party situations
• Customer focused attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Able to create and deliver effective sales presentations.
• Strong organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
• Proficiency with MS Office suite products (Word, Excel, Power Point) and order management software, including CRM.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and have a clean driving record.

Experience
• 5-7 years of experience in Sales/Account Management is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in the building materials industry, particularly with firestop products, and distribution of those products.
• Experience preparing and delivering compelling presentations to professional and technical audiences.

Education
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field of study preferred.

Other Requirements
• This position may operate from a home office environment. To do so, applicant must have a dedicated workspace.
• Travel: ~30% travel is required

Preferred states include: KS, TX, GA, SC, NC, TN, VA, and MD.
