Job Description:

CSS Home Services is looking for an accomplished, energetic, and competitive, sales professional for Jacksonville and surrounding areas. The perfect candidate has a warm engaging personality; brings high energy and a strong work ethic; and has pride in satisfying their customers. The successful RSA will persist towards hitting goals and possess a "winning" attitude. Our RSA is responsible for meeting with our customers in their homes to create and present customized solutions for their painting and flooring needs. The keys to success in the RSA role are the ability to build relationships with our customers and assist them as a consultative salesperson.

Job Description:

• Meet with potential clients to assess their painting needs and provide accurate estimates for the cost of services
• Create detailed project proposals and present them to clients in a professional manner
• Negotiate contracts with clients and ensure that all parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement
• Manage project timelines and ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up on all leads to generate new business
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in painting and flooring sales
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial painting techniques and materials
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Superb interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
• Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable with the ability to work independently

Compensation includes a base salary and uncapped commissions. First-year earners can expect to make $50-100K Per year.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $74,839.72 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• No nights
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Painting Estimation and Sales: 3 years (Required)
