CSI Leasing, Inc. is Hiring a Remote Sales Event Coordinator
- Communicate and report directly to the VP of Sales Operations to assist in day-to-day tasks, urgent requests that come through from the sales team and other departments.
- Assist with various company meetings, customers events, and tradeshows.
- Assist with travel bookings for sales team and other internal employees.
- Assist with general sales administration responsibilities.
- Become the ‘go-to’ person for all US Sales administration matters.
- Some travel may be required, less than 20%.
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work remotely and maintain motivation to get the job done.
- Able to use initiative and make informed decisions.
- Able to own processes and take pride in continuous improvement to ensure our sales team is supported and their needs are met.
- Manage workload effectively.
- Manage conflicting priorities.
- Experience using Salesforce.com.
- Knowledge or use of Concur Travel/Expense.
- Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advance Excel skills.
- Designs skills, adobe photoshop, Canva.
