Overview:
Primarily responsible for protecting the assets of the company, by conducting internal and external loss theft investigations, to review all branch operative transactions for policy compliance, and to maintain the physical security of the buildings.
Conduct vandalism investigations, gather evidence, and prepare reports for legal resolution
Review company exception base data, and investigate account trends to address internal and external theft related concerns
Perform machine integrity checks and employee vehicle inspections per program requirements
Participate in the monthly branch business team meetings to address safety related policies
Participate in the monthly branch business team meeting to address safety related objectives
Participate in the monthly facilities inspection audit to address policy concerns
Investigate account specific revenue issues in partnership with internal staff and account property management
Partner with Director of Loss Prevention on all departmental matter for review protocols
Conducts field location visits to address machine revenue concerns as needed
Properly document, prepare, and submit investigation reports in a timely manner
Partner with local law enforcement authorities to resolve criminal matters, per LP Direct approval
Other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for:
Special Requirements, Licenses, or Certificates:
Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
LP Professional certifications CFI, CFE, LPC, or LPQ preferred
Required Education & Experience:
Associate degree or equivalent from 2-year college or technical school; and 1-3 years related asset protection experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related preferred
Interviewing and Interrogation experience preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to write correspondence such as individual and small group e-mails
Mathematical skills
Ability to apply understanding to carry out written or oral instructions
Standard Microsoft Office, Power Point and Excel skills
General knowledge of CCTV service with the ability to manage the day-to-day operation of this equipment
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple branches and responsibilities
Physical Requirements:
Specific physical demands may vary based on assigned geography or equipment.
Drive time to include multiple hours in a company assigned vehicle as needed.
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and will frequently work in a variety of environmental conditions. (both weather and non-weather related)
Flexibility to travel as needed, primarily day trips and up to 35% overnight stays.
