Position Summary:
Primary responsibility for providing existing client support, managing assigned Book of Business accounts virtually, building customer relationships, providing data-driven recommendations to improve client business performance, supporting customer retention, and improving internal rate of return.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years direct Customer Service or Account Management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Customer Service/Account Management experience in B2B and/or B2C environments preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
