Responsibilities

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

· Design and Maintain large data bases.

· Continuous Data collection and entry to maintain databases to ensure scorecard implementation.

· Analyze data to verify compliance with metrics and communicate findings.

· Preparation of reports.

· Provide general support to the Work Processes and Organizational Effectiveness Department initiatives.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Accounting, Finance, etc.), Information Systems, or related field.

· 3 years experience in finance, accounting, or business processes.

· High proficiency in managing large databases.

· Knowledgeable in finance and accounting terminology.

· Advanced use of excel and other data analysis tools like Power BI or similar.

· Basic use of financial systems.

· Bilingual (English and Spanish).

· Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools.

· Great communication skills, written and verbal.
