THE VITAL CARE THAT YOU PROVIDE

You'll work a Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 4:30 PM, with some flexibility required and some on-call responsibility.

As a Behavioral Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality behavior support to our students and individuals served. You'll work closely with our clinical team to develop and implement behavior support plans tailored to each individual's needs. Your responsibilities will include providing direct behavior support through observations, modeling, teaching, and coaching. You'll collaborate with our behavioral team to provide staff training, collect data for functional behavior assessments, develop behavior support plans, write reports, and conduct treatment integrity checks. Your dedication and expertise will ensure the successful implementation of behavior support plans and teaching strategies, ultimately fostering positive growth and development in those we serve!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR BEHAVIORAL SPECIALIST

  • Bachelor's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Having your BCaBA, BCBA, or master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is preferred. The ability to speak Portuguese or Spanish is a plus!
