We’re looking for a Product Content Designer to partner with a team of Messenger designers, product managers, researchers and product marketers to help people on Messenger connect with content and experiences relevant to them.

You're perfect for this role if you are versatile, you’re able to plan and write content for mobile and web interfaces, and apply consistent standards and elevate the overall quality of our work.

You’re adept at juggling multiple requests and doing hands-on writing and editing for innovative new features; understand design thinking and user experience, and thrive in a flat, fast-moving organization that uses lightweight processes to have a huge impact.

Responsibilities :

• Write, edit, test and improve content including user interface language, education, navigational nomenclature, notifications and other content on Messenger and Instagram
• Help apply and maintain consistency by learning and applying Messenger’s content standards. Document and updates content standards.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, product marketers and engineers to serve a global content audience
• Share your work and give feedback to teammates

Minimum Qualifications :

• 4 years working with content for web or mobile experiences
• Quickly build working relationships with product managers and product designers
• Creativity and design innovating thinking. Track record of having built new things, or new ideas of product market fit.
• Please include a link to samples of your work that show an experience across different content types. You may show us content you’

ve created for user interfaces, microcopy, user education, direct or transactional emails, style guides or product launch content.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience writing consumer-facing content for iOS and Android apps
• Experience documenting content standards and content processes. Please also share your portfolio or examples of your writing.

Pay range is $74 - $79 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical / dental / vision / life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
