Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in facilities maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with electrical systems. If you have a passion for maintaining and repairing equipment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems
- Fabricate parts as needed for repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to identify defects and potential hazards
- Maintain accurate maintenance records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Welding and basic electrical work
- Operate and maintain logic controllers

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Familiarity with CMMS for maintenance tracking
- Electrical skills for working on various systems
- Ability to fabricate parts when necessary
- Experience with welding techniques
