Wood’s CRW Corp., a second generation owned Construction Equipment Distributor, is seeking a qualified Sales Support Specialist to join our sales team at our Williston, VT location. This position provides administrative sales support to the Earthmoving and Crane Sales departments at our four branch locations. The successful candidate will have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:

-Prepare sales documentation including proposals, purchase agreements, invoices,

and bills of sale

-Enter customer credit applications and prepare documents for finance companies

-Process Department of Motor Vehicle paperwork (multi-state)

-Maintain equipment and attachment database; update online advertising sites

-Maintain equipment inventory records

-General administrative/office support tasks

Qualifications:

-Strong organizational skills

-Excellent customer (internal and external) relationship skills

-Good computer knowledge

-Ability to learn dealer specific software
