About This Role:
Crusoe is looking for an inspired Talent Development Manager over Programming & Operations to join our change-making People Team. This very unique role will report to the Director of Leadership & Talent Development, and will liaise with both the Talent Acquisition and People Analytics Teams. Integral to finding and advancing our talent is our ability to acquire and report on people-data through our key platforms. This team member will be an expert in many people systems at Crusoe: LMS and Engagement/Performance Systems, Korn Ferry Career Hub, Blanchard Learning Portals etc.. They will quarterback detailed administrative responsibilities related to career pathing strategies, job architecture, internal learning paths,
leadership training, and more!
A Day In The Life:
Support the ongoing build-out and engagement of our LMS (WorkRamp) as
we work to scale continued education and skill building across Crusoe.
Provide administrative expertise the LMS as the in-house expert and support
chosen SME’s across the organization.
Liaise with platform support in various systems to enable best-in-class
engagement surveys, performance reviews, development plans and learning
modules.
Support ongoing leadership development with administrative oversight into
license management, material inventory, and the onboarding of new leaders
into all L&D systems.
Design presentations to share relevant People Team data with the CPO and
other critical members of the senior leadership team.
Deploy measurement systems to track and report progress on both LMS and
Performance Management systems.
Advise and make recommendations on engagement statistics in the LMS and
ways to consistently improve the system offering to employees.
Participate in instructional design for in-house training unique to Crusoe.
Provide support for all content libraries housed inside the Crusoe LMS.
Quarterly course audits and ongoing content additions.
You Will Thrive In This Role If:
You are a self-starter with innovation and drive for excellence
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent amount of experience
3-5 years of experience in L&D or Organizational Development
Practiced in building and managing an in-house LMS platform
Skilled in the analysis and presentation of people development data
Exceptional written composition and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to liaise with cross-functional teams effectively
Proficiency in instructional design for live, virtual and LMS audiences
You are detail oriented and highly organized
You excel in handling multiple projects in tandem
Must be able to pass background check

Compensation Range:
Compensation will be paid in the range of $123,000 - $135,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
