We are seeking a dynamic and creative Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and help us continue to grow and innovate in this exciting space.

Job Overview: The VP of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth. This role involves overseeing all marketing functions, including digital marketing, social media, public relations, events, programming and partnerships. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with experience in the entertainment, hospitality, or sports industries, and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
• Lead the marketing team in executing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and guerilla marketing
• Oversee content creation for marketing materials, including promotional videos, social media posts, email newsletters, and website content.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to drive brand visibility.
• Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with other departments, including operations and customer service, to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
• Stay current with industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Build and expand the noticeable Food & Beverage Sales.
• Dramatically increase event leads.
• Build and expand both Crush and Yard Memberships.
• Develop and build extensive day-to-day programming.
• Manage and lead marketing team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• 4 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and public relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the entertainment, hospitality, or sports industries is preferred.
• Passion for pickleball or similar sports activities is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
