Job Summary:
Crush Real Estate Group, a leading real estate agency in Newport News, Virginia, is seeking a Showing Realtor to join our team. As a Showing Realtor, you will be responsible for showcasing properties to potential buyers and assisting them in the purchase process. This is a full-time, commission-only sales role that requires an individual who is self-motivated, driven, and passionate about real estate.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a commission-only position with the potential to earn a competitive income. As a Showing Realtor, you will have access to resources and support from Crush Real Estate Group, including marketing materials, training, and a strong network of professionals in the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct showings of properties to potential buyers, highlighting the features and benefits of each property
• Stay up-to-date on the local real estate market trends, property values, and inventory
• Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences and help them find their ideal property
• Create and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the buying process
• Coordinate and schedule property viewings with clients and other real estate agents
• Assist clients in negotiating and executing purchase agreements
• Attend networking events and actively seek out new business opportunities
• Keep accurate records of all clients and properties in the CRM system
• Stay in compliance with all state and federal real estate laws and regulations
Requirements:
• Active Virginia real estate license
• Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other real estate tools
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel within the Newport News area
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
