About the role:

The role of Buying Coordinator manages all aspects of product information and ensuring accuracy of details in all systems. You will support the buying team in PO creation, clear coordination of deliverables with vendors, and sample coordination.

The Buying Coordinator owns and oversees the sample tracking process, analysis reports, and agreement on logistics for shipment issues and changes. They are expected to work closely with partners (Marketing, Operations, Site Merchandising…) to share ideas, programs, and build ad hoc projects. You will identify opportunities for improvement within processes or product assortment and are committed to continuous improvement.

About you:

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
• 3 years of buying experience in an eCommerce or retail business
• Your experience has fostered
• Collaboratively work and an eagerness to be involved in many aspects of a growing company
• Genuine interest/experience with anime and pop culture!

A day in the life of our Buying Coordinator:

• Manage all aspects of product information and ensuring accuracy of details in all systems
• Accurately assign product attributes at the style level and understands how attributes tie back to product strategies and reporting
• Regularly conduct competitor analysis and presenting clear and relevant recommendations and insights to buying team
• Consistently elevate high priority items to buyer, cross functional teams, or warehouse to swiftly action on areas of concern
• Coordinates and organizes samples and/or requests within company and with external vendors
• Work with teams to execute on company initiatives

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
