Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe LLC is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Killeen, TX
Job Overview:
The Market Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing high quality service to assigned locations and fast solutions to a wide range of facility and equipment maintenance needs. The Market Maintenance Technician will perform regular maintenance duties necessary to maintain the functionality and condition of all fitness equipment, amenities, and overall appearance of assigned clubs. This may include oversight for 3rd Party vendors, to include specialty work, emergency resolution, and scheduled maintenance support.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine club inspections to ensure the condition of facilities are upheld to ensure a positive member experience that represents the Crunch Fitness brand
- Ensure maintenance issues are responded to and resolved according to Crunch SLA guidelines
- Perform routine maintenance of all assets and facilities, with emphasis on preventative maintenance of fitness equipment
- Repair and maintain fitness and UV tanning equipment per Crunch SLA guidelines
- Maintain and update online ticket submission tool, recording and maintaining a schedule of historical repair needs for each club
- Train and educate club team members to assist in day-to-day operational upkeep of the club’s facility and equipment standards
- Transports goods or equipment as assigned between locations within market and, at times, outside of market purview
- Solicits bids and quotes from vendors and dispatch contractors to repair and maintain facilities, as necessary
- Evaluate contractors' work to ensure proper repairs were made and meet expectations after all service calls
- Manage daily/weekly reporting and scheduling based on priorities and support needs accordingly
- Ensure all fitness center equipment is functioning safely and correctly
- Track all preventative maintenance information in the computerized maintenance tracking system
- Manage & maintain an inventory of parts with accurate records of parts used, exchanged etc.

- Continual standing and walking during shift.
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals
- Must have 2 years of experience in building maintenance or retail maintenance environments - Including basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Must be 18 year of age or older.
- Must possess valid driver’s license
