Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building maintenance, repairs, and landscaping, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our properties, performing routine maintenance tasks, and responding to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers.
Compensation:$15 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:- Reliable and hardworking
- Ability to safely use common power and hand tools
- Experience installing and replacing minor plumbing systems
- Strong communication skills with property management and resident
- Self-starter with good time management skills
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Must have your own equipment and tools
- Maintained a Drivers License for a minimum of 3 years
- A High School Diploma or GED is preferred
Experience in General Contractors/In-House Resident Care Tech type repairs to include some or all of the following:
- Minor Plumbing
- Minor Electrical
- Repairs
- Painting
- Flooring
- Lighting/Plumbing fixture repairs and replacement
- Site clean up
