Job Overview:
The Assistant General Manager supports a high-performance, high-care culture that operates with speed and grit in delivering outcomes. They create a warm, kind, and hospitable club, allowing everyone to achieve their goals in a “no judgments” environment. The Assistant Manager position is a key member of our leadership team and is responsible for assisting the Managing Partner/General Manager with daily club operations and delivering “WOW” service for team members and members alike!
