Crumbl Cookies is Hiring a Remote Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of software projects, ensuring they meet the company's objectives and deadlines. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and efficient software solutions using agile methodologies.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects, priorities, and shifting requirements.
  • Define project objectives, scope, and timelines with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and communicate status updates.
  • Ensure projects align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Coordinate deployment of projects into production.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a software development environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time-management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA) is preferred.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and have the ability to handle change professionally.

Working Conditions

Working environment is generally an office setting, utilizing a laptop and cell phone. Exposure to mechanical and electrical hazards. Must work in the office at least 3 days a week.
