General Manager – Crumbl Cookies

Crumbl Cookies is a fast-paced bakery environment that provides fast and efficient customer service. Crumbl is looking for a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager to direct and manage our organization's business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.

Duties for the general manager will include allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors, hiring and training employees, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities. Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily business operations.
• Develop and implement growth strategies.
• Hire and train managers and staff.
• Create and manage budgets and schedules.
• Evaluate staff performance and productivity.
• Analyze accounting and financial data.
• Research and identify growth opportunities.
• Generate reports and present to upper management and corporate.
• Read and understand all weekly recipes.
• Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in business management or business administration preferred but not required OR equivalent restaurant management experience (3 years).
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized.
• Strong work ethic.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proactive nature.

Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee, with or without accommodation, to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

• Flexibility to work around customer demands including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a hot environment, stand, walk, bend, reach, use appliances, and lift 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at $50,000 to $55,000 base salary plus bonuses.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Holidays
• Weekend availability

License/Certification:

• Driver's License and reliable transportation is required. Management will need to drive to and from the storage unit and run errands as needed.
