It all started with one big dream, two cookie-crazed cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips.

Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO) when they teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking.

After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that didn't live up to expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the pair decided to take their 'perfect cookie quest' to the people.

They gathered feedback and tested recipes a practice that is still part of the Crumbl process until they created the world’s best chocolate chip cookie.

What would I do as a Crumbl baker?

Each day, you’ll strive to provide high-quality cookies in an efficient, professional manner by processing and preparing orders for customers, making and balling dough, frosting and topping cookies as well as driving as needed.

Is it full-time or part-time?

There are full-time and part-time positions.

Baker Responsibilities :

  • Read and understand Crumbl recipes
  • Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
  • Decorating and displaying the finished product
  • Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
  • Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
  • Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries accurate and timely
  • Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift

Baker Requirement?

  • Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
  • Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods
  • Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend, and holiday availability
  • Ability to work in a hot, hectic environment
  • Stand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods

Compensation package :

  • Hourly pay
  • Biweekly Pay
  • Tips

Pay : $13.50- $16 per hour Tips ($15 Guaranteed Hourly Rate)
