Crumbl is the nation's fastest-growing cookie company and we need YOU to help us continue building the best brand in the nation.Is it full-time or part-time?There are full-time and part-time positions.Baker Responsibilities:Read and understand Crumbl recipesMeasure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookiesDecorating and displaying the finished productTesting ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controlsGreeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer serviceKeeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levelsTaking client information and ensuring that deliveries accurate and timelyCleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shiftBaker Requirement?Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skillsAttention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and productsBasic math and computer skillsWillingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goodsFlexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend, and holiday availabilityAbility to work in a hot, hectic environmentStand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periodsCompensation package:Hourly payBiweekly PayTipsPay: $13.50- $16 per hour Tips ($15 Guaranteed Hourly Rate)Benefits:Employee discountFlexible scheduleSundays are offCould Crumbl be a career for me?Absolutely!
