We are searching for skilled, creative bakers who want to help provide high-quality baked treats and service in an efficient, professional manner.
The Baker's role is vital, in understanding recipes, performing quality checks on ingredients and finished products, using frostings, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance item presentation, and process orders from customers.
As a baker, you will greet customers, answer questions, clean workstations and equipment, make sure the kitchen is stocked, and perform other duties as needed.
To be a successful baker, you should be efficient, friendly, focused on food quality and customer satisfaction, be decisive, attentive, and have a strong understanding of baking techniques.

A: It Depends on your availability. Tell us what you need and we can try to make it work.
Q: Do I have to work weekends?
A: All Employees are required to work at least 2 Saturdays a month, we try our best to rotate and make it fair.
Q: Do I get to keep my tips?
A: Absolutely! Your tips are automatically paid to you on your paycheck. We pool all the tips earned that week, then split them amongst the team and how many hours you worked that week.
Q: How good are the cookies?
A: So good, we have become the fastest growing cookie brand in the nation.
