Branch Manager – Colorado Springs - Crum Electric Supply has an opportunity for an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to build on our current success and take us to the next level. Our Colorado Springs branch is a full service, stocking location servicing a wide range of customers, from construction to industrial automation. What you need for this position:

• Understanding of the electrical wholesaling market and where it fits into multiple industries
• Process oriented, knack for customer service and ability to build partnerships with both our customers and vendors
• Build and coach a team to success
• Aptitude for technology; Excel, mobile devices, systems
• Organizational skills are necessary to be successful
• Creativity and the confidence to use it
• Good understanding of a financial statement
• Pre-employment drug screening required

What you'll be doing:

• Build and develop a strong team of individuals that outpaces the competition
• Develop productive relationships with Crum Electric’s top tier vendors.
• Maintain branch facility for maximum efficiency and a presentable condition; orderly warehouse operation, professional working environment and marketable counter area
• Direct salespeople to strengthen existing customer relationships and seek out new opportunities. Customers vary from industrial end users, OEMs and MRO along with commercial and residential construction
• Coordinate with central purchasing personnel in the management of branch inventories to meet customer service level and inventory investment objectives
• Negotiate pricing with manufacturers and customers
• Understand customer needs and use the tools Crum Electric has available to make them operate more efficiently
• Be innovative; always look for ways to improve efficiency, drive sales and streamline processes
• Work with our marketing department to develop and drive marketing programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
