Job Responsibilities

• Answering customer requests or inquiries
• Upselling/down selling products to the customer
• Identifying and resolving customer issues using problem-solving skills
• Building a positive rapport with a variety of personality types
• Continually maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products, services and promotions
• Develop an understanding of the insurance industry and common objections
• Putting the customer first and remaining polite and professional at all times
• Generate sales through utilizing proper closing techniques
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Job Requirements

• Patient and able to handle customer rejection
• Goal oriented with a competitive spirit
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow through
• Working knowledge of a computer

• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a love for hard work
• Previous experience working as a telemarketer is a plus, but not required
