Job Summary: 

Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and support decision-making across various functional areas within an organization. These professionals play a critical role in driving organizational success by helping to identify opportunities, solve problems, and make informed decisions. They also conduct forecasting and risk assessment to support strategic decision-making and facilitate communication between business units to ensure effective implementation of solutions. 

Specialized Solutions: CRST’s Specialized Solutions division is the carrier of choice for customers requiring on-site, high-touch, and specialized handling. We manage deliveries for a wide range of products for the tech, communications, electronics, and healthcare industries (and many more). Our experienced drivers safely load, unload, and set up products for consumers and companies.

Location: Onsite at our facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Analyze complex financial and business data, organize and logically express findings/recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
• Participate and take the lead in cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, improve cycle time, and/or improve process efficiencies.
• Support pricing function with rate comparisons, margin studies, and yield improvement initiatives.
• Assist sales and operations by providing correct data, creating ad hoc reports, and preparing QBR presentations to customers.
• Manage a suite of recurring reports and weekly database refresh to provide management with timely and accurate information about business performance.

Compensation: $22-25/hr is the starting pay (Pay Bi-Weekly) *A final amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location. Typically, selected candidates are hired at a rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
