Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Wedding Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating dream weddings for our guests, with a focus on delivering personalized and memorable experiences. As the Hotel Wedding Sales Manager, you will be responsible for attracting and managing wedding events, ensuring a seamless and magical experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to attract wedding clients.
  • Actively promote the hotel's wedding services through various channels, including social media, bridal shows, and partnerships with wedding vendors.
  • Conduct site tours and showcase the hotel's wedding facilities to potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their wedding requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to customize wedding packages and ensure their vision is brought to life.
  • Provide excellent customer service and act as a point of contact throughout the wedding planning process.

Event Coordination:

  • Work closely with the event coordinator and banquet teams to coordinate all aspects of the wedding events, ensuring flawless execution.

Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage budgets for each wedding event, ensuring profitability for the hotel.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, maximizing revenue opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the wedding, events, and hospitality industry with a track record of success.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while efficiently managing multiple weddings simultaneously.
  • High level of creativity, adept at problem-solving, and strong customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by the nature of the role.

Experience:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in hospitality sales management.
  • Strong leadership and effective written & verbal communication skills.
  • Extremely self-motivated with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays regularly.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Sales Force/Delphi and Social Tables

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
