PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Med Nurse, 6a-6p shift opening

Qualifications

• LPN License or Temporary PN License
• Must pass background and drug screen

Essential Job Functions

• Responsibilities of this position include medication administration, computer documentation including assessment of resident's current status, observation and reporting of any change in resident's status to MD/sponsors as necessary, ordering medications from pharmacy, supervision of CNA staff, wound care, collecting and processing lab samples.
• This position is for a medication nurse on a 20 bed long term care unit.
