CROWN VANITY is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by generating new leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys engaging with the customers they sell to. Interest in makeup and fashion is a plus!

Duties:

- Communicate and build relationships with customers when they walk into the store

- Reach out to prospects via phone and other communication channels to introduce our products and services

- Always provide excellent customer service

- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Utilize Quickbooks to track sales activities and update customer information

- Meet sales quotas every quarter

Skills:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably commission sales

- Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

- Ability to build rapport with customers and negotiate effectively

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency in using Quickbooks or similar tools

We offer hourly pay plus commission. Additionally, we provide ongoing training to help you succeed in your role as an Inside Sales Representative.
