Sassy Baby is seeking an exceptional International Customer Support Specialist to join the team. In this role , you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our international clients. This position will also interface with multiple departments inside our company to facilitate customer orders, invoices, marketing support materials, demand forecasts against inventory, and new product sample distribution internationally.

Responsibilities:

• New customer set up and maintenance in ERP system.
• Order Entry responsibility into ERP system, including confirmation of pricing and confirmation back to the customer of receipt of order.
• If necessary, upload customer orders to our 3PL warehouses in Europe.
• Review and confirm orders are flowing according to customer routing guides.
• Invoicing customer orders or ensuring receipt of payment before releasing orders for shipment if required.
• Handle incoming international customer inquiries.
• Monitor European 3PL inventory on a continuous basis, providing input to operations and sales management on stock levels and trends.
• Sales Report generation from ERP system and distribution to appropriate staff.
• Assist corporate accounting and international consultants in proper VAT filings for UK, Ireland, and Belgium.
• Assist Sales and Marketing in the maintenance of our Salsify International Catalogs.
• Laison with internal departments to facilitate all actions in support of our international business.
• Maintenance of International Customer Sassy ShareFile’s including product sell sheets, product images, product videos, customer presentations, distributor foreign language product labels, distributor or Retailer Ship Marks, and QA Documents necessary for import of goods to customer markets.

Desired experience, education, and skills:

• College Degree preferred, but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 3 years previous experience in customer facing role. (Sales, Customer Service, etc.)
• High level of proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in International Customer Service would be a plus.
• Well organized, but with the ability to adapt and multi-task.
