Crown Bay Nursing & Rehabilitation is Hiring a Nursing Home Administrator Near Alameda, CA

Crown Bay Nursing and Rehab is looking for an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the operations of our senior care facility. As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the facility, ensuring high-quality care for our residents and maintaining compliance with regulations and standards. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and managerial skills, as well as a deep understanding of resident rights and senior care.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing home facility
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality care for residents
- Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of staff members
- Monitor resident care plans and ensure they are being followed
- Collaborate with medical professionals to provide comprehensive care to residents
- Maintain financial acumen by overseeing budgeting, billing, and financial reporting
- Implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and quality of life
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in senior care
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid license as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
- Proven experience in managing a nursing home or long-term care facility
- Strong knowledge of senior care regulations, including resident rights and home care standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage staff members and promote a positive work culture
- Experience in memory care is highly desirable
- Proficient in operations management, including budgeting and financial analysis
