January 2022 Overview:
Tutors will assist students on a one-to-one basis or in a small group setting. Tutors will provide specialized instruction in individual subject areas, answer questions regarding course content, and assist in the comprehension of the material.
Education:

Associate's degree, or 48 hours of college coursework.

Special Knowledge and Skills:

Ability to work well with children.
Ability to comprehend the instructional materials.
Ability to communicate effectively and instruct students.

Experience:

Some experience working with children.
Certified teachers preferred.

The individual(s) hired for this position will be required to be fingerprinted (unless otherwise done and retrievable through the DPS FACT Clearinghouse. The cost (approximately $60) is incurred by the employee. The tutor will clock in and out through True Time, the CISD timekeeping system.
Pay:
$80.00 per day
