A saute line cook at the Crow’s Nest has the primary role of preparing our varied menu items for our guests on the sautee side of the line. Each line cook must be capable of executing recipes and plating entrée’s while working in a busy kitchen atmosphere with a team. Our customers depend on a consistent dining experience that our line cooks are the backbone of.
Experience working at the saute station is a plus.
Able to read and follow standardized recipes.
Excellent communication skills while working with a team.
Able to read and communicate orders with other line cooks.
Ability to work well under pressure.
