Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Sell and promote additional products to customers during deliveries
- Price products accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate transactions
- Lift and carry heavy loads, as necessary, to deliver products to customers
- Maintain an organized delivery schedule and route plan
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and address customer needs
- Proficient in basic math calculations for pricing and invoicing purposes
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and carrying of products
- Organizational skills to maintain an efficient delivery schedule
- Experience in route driving preferred
- Must pass background check and be comfortable entering prisons on route
