Come join our team! we are currently looking to fill a few part-time and full-time slots for delivery. Take this limited opportunity to join some of the best delivery drivers in Madison. You can look forward to making from 20-25 an hour depending on experience and knowledge of the city. We don't expect to see these openings last long so apply while you have a chance.
Requirements
Age: 21 or over
Vehicle
- Valid U.S. driver’s license, preferably from WI
- Car in good working order
- Minimal or no body damage
- Noise minimal or none at all
- Free from potentially controversial images or stickers
- Working charger for car light cable
- Rooftop available to mount magnetic sign each shift
- Valid insurance on any/every vehicle that will be driven for work
Availability
- Pending approval from GNP insurance company
- Punctual for shifts
- Able to work according to availability, able to get to and from work
- Able to work shifts as scheduled, with open ending times
Abilities
- Able to read map based on grid system
- Knowledge of streets in delivery area & most efficient routes
- Able to routinely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Personable and able to communicate, both with coworkers and customers
- Safe driving habits
- Full understanding of traffic laws, including parking laws & no parking zones
- Personable, enjoys providing customer service
- Able to operate POS system when trained, for routing, locating orders, takingorders over the phone
- Can use Google, Facebook for schedule posts
- If applying for nights, ability to drive safely and efficiently in the dark
- Comfortable around pets you may encounter
- Able to deliver in all weather conditions
- Have a working cell phone
