We are searching for a dynamic individual to become the Kitchen Lead for our new location in Pueblo West. This position performs various food service operations as directed by the Kitchen Supervisor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Assists supervisor with developing menus, ensuring food safety and management are documented and maintained.

Assists with inventory, ordering, and rotating food inventory.

Provides additional training and education in conjunction with supervisor.

Coordinates inventory needs with the CIRCLE program and communicates with a supervisor.

Track data and reporting in computer applications.

Fills in supervisory duties as needed.

Fills in cook duties as needed.

Operate kitchen equipment.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

None

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED.

SERV Safe certification.

Experience:

Minimum of two years of food service experience.

Other:

• Work and communicate effectively with others.
• Manage tasks and meet time schedules.
• Work independently with little supervision.
• Maintain proper sanitation regulations and food handling guidelines.
• Excellent computer skills required.
• Valid driver's license and insurability.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
