Crossroads Turning Points is Hiring an EVALUATOR (On Site #0003Z) - Pueblo Near Pueblo, CO

We are currently searching for a dynamic individual to become our program's Evaluator (part-time). This position is responsible for overseeing the implementation of different evaluation plans, ensuring that program activities and services further the goals and objectives of the programs. Ensures that evaluation activities complement program operations and activities and are consistent with the evaluation plans. Internal candidates, please fill out the internal application.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Collaborates, plans, develops, conducts, monitors, and analyzes data reports that discuss progress achieved in the project which should include qualitative and quantitative data (GPRA) to demonstrate programmatic progress to include updates on required activities, successes, challenges, and changes or adjustments that have been made to the project.
  • Interpret and report progress addressing:
    • Quality of care of underserved populations related to the Disparity Impact Statement (DIS).
    • Barriers encountered, including challenges serving populations of focus.
    • Efforts to overcome these barriers.
    • Evaluation activities for tracking DIS efforts.
    • Development of a revised quality improvement plan if the DIS does not meet quality of care requirements as stated in the DIS.
    • Developing nonstandard tests, recommending technology-based solutions, or determining computational strategies.
    • Formulates and monitors long-range research objectives, programs, and priorities.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Minimum of a master’s degree with a minimum of five (5) years of experience related to essential duties and responsibilities.

Experience:

Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in a related field to essential duties.

Other:

Must have solid verbal and written communication skills.

Computer skills required.

CPR and first-aid certification (initial training and renewals paid for by agency).

Valid driver's license and insurability.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to stand, walk, and sit, including driving for long periods.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: A combination of both office and clinical settings.
