Crossroads Treatment Centers is Hiring a Marketing Operations Manager Near Pittsburgh, PA

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to elevate the marketing function in our fast-growing organization. This position can be based remotely. As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be a jack-of-all trades internal consultant. Your work will include leading marketing strategy and business development projects, developing new operational processes in partnership with subject matter experts, and working to stand up specific functions within the Growth team. In addition, you must be someone who is:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties that are assigned.

  • Scope, plan, and manage projects and initiatives that may include standing up new functions, teams, processes, etc.
  • Conduct end-to-end analyses and evaluation of programs and processes, bringing together facts, analysis, and judgement to solve complex problems
  • Develop compelling, logically structured communications, presentations and deliverables that frame issues and shape choices for leaders that drive action
  • Drive change and continuous improvement by challenging the status quo, by being willing to test and iterate, and by identifying risks, issues, and mitigations
  • Be a thought partner to colleagues, developing relationships and establishing credibility with stakeholders, peers, and leaders
  • Proactively drive progress and cross-workstream collaboration by understanding and connecting dots between key objectives
  • Activate best practices to manage a complex strategy and operations portfolio and team, ranging from developing and tracking key performance indicators to planning and executing new projects or initiatives

Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Position requires constant mental alertness, attention to detail, and high degree of accuracy required in completing all assignments. Strong problem solving skills. Ability to work well in a group setting and independently.

If recovering, three years of continuous verifiable abstinence is required.

Education and/or Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years Marketing operations and/or project management experience
  • Experience working in a consultative role with stakeholders and/or clients
  • Experience with strategy framing and development process, including analyses, narrative development, project scoping, and change management

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret human service periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, mean, mode and median ability to draw and interpret graphs.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
