Crossroads Interactive, LLC is Hiring a Graphic Designer Near Baltimore, MD

Crossroads Co.Lab is seeking a Graphic Designer, with 1 years of experience, to join our team of digital marketing experts. As a Graphic Designer you will work with the digital marketing team to create outstanding design, animation and motion graphic work for digital advertising, social media and email communications. The qualified candidate will possess an outstanding design sense, excellent communication skills and an exemplary work-ethic.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Creative you will join a team that develops and implements digital marketing assets across various marketing channels
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on creative ideation and exploration, executing new designs and animation.
  • Manage, prioritize, and execute multiple projects from concept to completion under tight deadlines.
  • Understand marketing/brand objectives and how they translate to visual impact/creative output.
  • Designing still and motion imagery for web and various forms of digital media.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings (Clients, Advertising Partners, etc.), attend site visits as necessary.
  • Storyboard creative concepts.
  • Assist the of creating motion graphics templates (look and feel) for existing programs, update and revise various marketing materials as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA and/or BFA degree in graphic design/motion graphics design or equivalent applied experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience creating to-spec, web-ready, animated and still digital ads for use in digital display ads, social media and video (JPEG/PNG, GIF, HTML5 and MP4)
  • Excellent design sense, including color and typography
  • Excellent sense of timing, motion and movement in visual media
  • Outstanding creative approach to problem solving
  • Expressive "artistic" voice, ability to communicate expression through animation
  • Proactive and self-sufficient
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Technical expertise

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Knowledge of best file practices for web
  • Literacy in HTML/CSS and best practices
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Animate and/or Google Web Designer to create animated HTML5 display ads
  • 3D animation experience

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
