Position Title: F&ATeam Lead
Location: Norcross, GA (on-site)

Position Summary:
The Team Lead will lead the daily operational activities of up to a 5-person team primarily dedicated to a specific customer account. This role is responsible for assigning work to team members, dealing with production or logistics issues, and training new hires and associates on procedures and best practices. The Team Lead is critical in developing a team culture focused on engagement, continuous improvement, and operational execution.
Scope of Role Responsibilities:
· Manage operational team functions for your assigned account to meet case order fulfillment needs and ensure consistent flow in daily operations.
· Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned account as it relates to their operation activities, assisting in trouble shooting and problem solving any concerns and determining urgencies and priority of customer requests.
· Lead problem solving efforts, coach team members in resolving conflicts and achieving results and provide ongoing training. Will be responsible for these tasks while driving continuous improvement.
· Provide Inventory and data analysis while supporting quality initiatives.
· Compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage
· Manage reports and analyze account metrics and productivity standards.
· Maintain a clean, well-organized and OSHA/FDA compliant areas in warehouse designated to all assigned account products.
· Assist in operational and process improvement. Contribute ideas to improve our quality and customer experience.
· Perform or assist with other duties and projects as needed.
· Perform bi-weekly inventory warehouse audit.
Requirements
Critical Experience & Skills:
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in similar industries.
· Experience in working in a matrix environment in which collaboration in all directions is necessary.
· Intermediate level with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and JDE or SAP.
· Experience working in a fast-paced rapidly growing environment.
· Effective communicator that can write and speak clearly in a variety of settings.
Physical Demands:
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee is regularly required to sit and climb or balance and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee is regularly required to access and physically navigate the warehouse facility.
