Position Overview:
The Office Assistant is responsible for providing back-office administrative support and handling various operational functions to ensure the branch is operating in an efficient manner. The Office Assistant assists in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and acts as a key contact for the branch regarding operational questions.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Type, format and produce documents such as proposals, presentations, correspondence, and standard reports.
  • Maintain communication with clients and new leads.
  • Maintain a calendar and contact database, schedule appointments, make travel or conference arrangements, and may arrange meetings and conferences for an assigned work group.
  • Perform administrative duties specific to department such as, conducting research, updating databases, and preparing collateral materials for mass mailings.
  • Complete expense reports and reconcile receipts for a designated group.
  • Manages inbound and outbound mail for the Branch.
  • Answer phone call inquiries, research and resolve problems requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Previous banking, financial services, or mortgage experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Pay Range:
  • $20-25/hr.
The posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
