Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for producing and maintaining social media content for CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC (“CCM”). This individual will conduct day-to-day marketing responsibilities such as, creating content, social media marketing, videography, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

Ability to update and maintain a consistent, creative look of the graphic design for all marketing/sales materials including print and web banners.
Maintain a high level of organization.
Utilize excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task across projects.
Demonstrate excellent project management skills.
Implement marketing programs.
Collaborate with other employees across various departments.
Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with sales teams.
Use of AI for content.
Video creation and editing.
Manage content calendar to assist Loan Officers with brand awareness.
Prioritize various tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, preferred.
2 years of relevant experience.
Graphic design skills
Knowledge of running ads on social channels and Google.
Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter.
Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office .
Coding, HTML, and SEO marketing, a plus.
