Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Provide an excellent customer experience by building strong client relationships and resolving project concerns on time.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure clear communication and collaboration with all parties involved in the projects.
• Maintain project schedule and documentation to ensure clarity of decisions and resolution of warranty work.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and quality standards on site.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project goals are met.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Manage worksite priorities to accomplish project schedule and budget while upholding CROSS standards and expectations.

Qualifications:

• A bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the residential construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, architects, and trade partners
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to maintain project documentation and schedules
• Ability to ensure work quality and conformance with contractual agreements
