A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree, CPA, or advanced financial certification being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the insurance and auto industry, superior communication skills, and the ability to influence effectively. Experience in financial analytics, M&A, expense and profit margin management, and return on investment analysis is essential. The role also demands a forward-looking trajectory, risk management expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects and develop talent within the team.
