Cross Country Search has teamed up with a large healthcare group to fill their Transitional Care needs at their highest acuity Transitional Care facility. This position has the unique experience of caring for patients on a high acuity level, while helping them transition back to their everyday lives.

HUGE OPPORTUNITY for growth with this company! Start in LTC/Transitional care and after 6 months, transfer internally to any hospital or department you hope to be in!

All shifts available (FT, PT, On-Call, Days, Evenings, Nights, & Variable)!!

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree Registered Nurse
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with sub-acute care
• Med/Surg experience a plus!
